Inspired by the vibrant community of Renton and the Cedar River that runs through it. Long stewarded by the Duwamish people, the Cedar River provides clean drinking water, critical habitat and opportunities for recreation and solitude. Santa Elena Estates Honey Processed Costa Rica. Notes of apple, chocolate and almond with a soft body and bright berry acidity. Shade grown in the steep highlands of Tarrazú. Coffee grower Luz Mariana Truijillo is the owner of the Santa Elena Estate. Her coffee is hand picked and sorted for quality at the estate’s mill. Luz Marina takes a holistic approach to sustainability, minimizing the synthetic inputs and utilizing a closed-loop fertilizing system that composts the discarded coffee pulp using red-wiggler worms. Her water treatment system meets the Costa Rican government's high environmental standards, and preserves the cleanliness of the river that flows through the estate. She offers her seasonal employees outstanding housing, health care and a state of the art drinking water filtration system.

Washed Guatemala. Notes of milk chocolate, almond, brown sugar, nougat, praline and vanilla with a light body and medium acidity. Produced in the high elevation region of Baja Verapaz Cubulco, La Morena green coffee program gives small woman-owned farms access to the global supply chain and to address gender inequality in coffee farming.

Ethiopia Guji Natural. This remarkable heirloom coffee was harvested at peak ripeness and dried on raised beds, undergoing multiple rounds of hand sorting and turning to ensure even drying. The results are nothing short of a spectacular cup of coffee featuring notes of lemon-lime, green apple, kiwi, watermelon, cherry, vanilla and cereal with a bright berry acidity and a full body. Produced by small farmers with Sibu Coffee, which has been working with farmers in the Guji Zone for over 20 years to improve infrastructure such as washing stations and market access for farmers. They invest heavily in community development projects including schools. Guji Zone, Hambela Wamena District, Ethiopia.
