Our origin story: Lisa began learning to roast coffee in a hot air popper in her backyard and quickly became passionate about perfecting her roasts and supplying friends and family with great coffee. When the Covid 19 lockdown began, she began roasting in earnest in order to bring the comfort of great coffee directly to people’s homes. With an interest in supporting small farmers in developing countries, workers rights, women’s empowerment and sustainable environmental practices, she found this endeavor to be the perfect way to blend her interests. Thus Cafe Che Che was born.
